Custom painting contracts & Disclosures 

Custom paintings vary in price based on size & the image (level of detail).

The time of completion is dependent on the wait list ahead of your order.

 

To start the process, contact the artist with your picture or inspiration you want painted, a rough size of canvas, and your preferred completion date.

 

Once the image has been examined the subsequential canvas options will be provided for what will suit the image best along with pricing options.

 

Once a size, price and timeline have been established a contract will be sent to you and signed by both parties. A 50% down payment is required with the signature of the contract. The Remaining 50% must be paid upon completion (a photo will be sent to you of the final product) before it can be shipped.

 

Deposits are non-refundable unless the painting is not completed or at the artist’s discretion.

 

Canceled commissions will not be refunded the down payment.

 

Any alterations not discussed before the beginning of the painting are at the artist’s discretion to add or edit. These changes are subject to additional fees and further “Change Clause” contracts.
